We maintain a global network of distribution warehouses to ensure that we have inventory readily available for when your customer orders. When you place an order, we will fulfill it from the warehouse closest to your customer's location, ensuring efficient delivery and reduced transit times.
How does wholesale pricing work?
Resellers receive a 20% discounted price off of the retail price. A unique identifier code is given to each reseller to be used through our website ecommerce store or can also be used when dealing directly with our customer care representatives.
How does the warranty work?
We offer your customers a comprehensive 5 year warranty, including parts, labor and on-site servicing and a hassle-free returns process. If a customer needs to make a warranty claim or return a product. They can contact our customer service team directly, and we will handle the process from start to finish leaving you to focus on your own business.
How long does a shipment take to my customer?
We maintain fully stocked warehouses to ensure fast order fulfilment. With a delivery time between 3-10 business days, we are committed to providing efficient and reliable service to all of our customers.
How do I place an order for my customer?
Orders for your customers can be placed directly through our website using your unique reseller code. Alternatively, you can call our sales agents and place your order with them. An invoice can also be issued to your company with a purchase order depending on your preferred purchasing method.
